One-Year Warranty on Eyewear Parts and Materials
GUSTEYE guarantees that all eyewear products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase Each product is hand inspected before delivery to the customer.
Terms and Conditions:
- Coverage:
This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and workmanship of frames, hinges, lenses , and other structural components.
- Exclusions:
Scratches, accidental damage, or misuse of the lenses or frames.
Damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Normal wear and tear, including fading, peeling, or discoloration.
Prescription lens issues, which should be addressed with your optical provider.
- Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice or warranty card) is required to process any warranty claims. Warranty Service:
If a defect covered under this warranty is identified, GUSTEYE will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective eyewear, or
Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, subject to availability.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or materials. GUSTEYE is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including those arising from the use or inability to use the product.
