At GUSTEYE, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our eyewear. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase — because we stand behind what we make.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship — including frames, hinges, and structural components — under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
While we aim for perfection, some things fall outside our warranty:
Scratches or damage from accidental drops or mishandling
Wear and tear from everyday use (like fading or peeling)
Issues with prescription lenses (these are handled by your optical provider)
Repairs or modifications not authorized by GUSTEYE
What You’ll Need
To submit a warranty claim, simply provide:
Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or warranty card)
A brief description (and photo if possible) of the issue
What We’ll Do
If the issue falls under our warranty, we’ll:
Repair the eyewear, or
Replace it with the same or a similar style (subject to availability)
