Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your GUSTEYE eyewear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy as outlined below.


  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Limited edition or final sale items are not eligible for return.


  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the item back to our provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


  1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different model or color, follow the same return process and mention the exchange request.

Exchanges are subject to availability.


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
