We want you to love your GUSTEYE eyewear. If for any reason you\u2019re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy as outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Eligibility for Returns<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You may return items within 14 days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Limited edition or final sale items are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Return Process<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To initiate a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Contact us at support@gusteye.com with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. We\u2019ll provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Ship the item back to our provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Refunds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5\u20137 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If you would like to exchange for a different model or color, follow the same return process and mention the exchange request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              We\u2019ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
